Candle Care Guide

Each candle is hand-poured using a blend of natural soy wax and essential oils. Due to the nature of these ingredients, slight variations in colour, fragrance, and burn time may occur. Occasionally, you may notice air bubbles in the wax—this is a natural effect of the wax settling in the glass and will disappear when lit.

Candles have a "memory," so burning them correctly ensures a longer life and the best fragrance experience.

Burning Tips:

  • Trim wick(s) to 4mm before each lighting to prevent sooting and ensure an even burn.
  • Burn for at least 2 hours, but no more than 4 hours, to allow the wax to melt evenly and establish a proper memory.
  • Keep wick(s) upright to prevent uneven burning and discoloured wax. If the wick leans, extinguish the flame, let the candle cool, and straighten the wick.

Safety Reminders:

  • Place the candle on a flat, heatproof surface and away from heat-sensitive items.
  • Never burn for more than 4 hours and never leave it unattended.
  • Keep candles out of reach of children, pets, and drafts.
  • Ensure there’s at least 10cm between burning candles.
  • Extinguish the candle when there’s 5mm of wax left to avoid overheating the glass.

By following these tips, you'll enjoy a safe, long-lasting, and fragrant experience with your HAUS of NAPA elements candle!
